What We Do

In short - planes. Every year, the AIAA publishes a rule book guiding the DBF (Design, Build, Fly) competition in which teams must design, build and fly an aircraft. This encompasses all walks of engineering ranging from design, stress analysis, fluid analysis, performance, materials and much much more. Software such as CATIA V5, ANSYS and NASTRAN/PATRAN are used to produce viable designs. Other projects are also welcome and are in the works. May you be in love with space, drones, or if you have any wacky reasearch ideas you want to try, chances are we will get on board. So send us an email, and remember, contrary to popular belief, the sky is not the limit...
CCFC (CASI Concordia Flight Club

Yes indeed, CASI Concordia launched a flight club just last year. CCFC members are either pilots, want to learn about aviation or are simply interest in airplanes. Whatever it may be, everybody is welcome to join! Make sure you check out the CCFC tab to learn more about what the CCFC does and can do for you!
CASI Concordia fully supports our VP Academics Jonathan Romita's tutorial service. Tutorials and crash courses on many engineering courses are given to support our engineering community here at ConcordiaU. Please contact Jonathan Romita at communications.casi@ecaconcordia.ca or by sending us a message throught the 'Contact Us' tab of this website.
